Philosophy
Gyndore's two protocols, the stablecoin protocol and the DEX, are immutable. The rules never move.
The trust moat
- No governance can alter borrower-facing mechanics or core trading logic.
- No multisig can intervene.
- There is no upgrade path.
- Collateral is never rehypothecated.
The one exception
The single activatable change is a one-time, irreversible fee switch that permanently transfers borrow rate control and revenue rights to GYND holders. Beyond that, nothing can be changed by anyone.
Launch paths
The protocol supports two ways to go live:
| Path | How it works |
|---|---|
| Bootstrapping launch | A deferred, one-time, irreversible fee switch mints GYND and permanently disables the admin key. |
| Day-one launch | GYND is distributed and active from the first block. The admin key is never active at all. |
Why it matters
For institutions, fixedness is the point. Risk teams can model the system, stress-test it, and approve integrations knowing the core mechanics cannot drift through upgrades, emergency actions, or governance capture. Once Gyndore clears due diligence, it stays cleared.
